Clearing a parent's house in North Anderson, a mill-village home in Williamston, a lake house on Hartwell or a rental after a tenant left is planning work first. We sort with you or your agent: keep, family, donate, sell, dispose. Then everything else goes out and the house is left broom-clean for the listing or the next tenant.
Hoarding situations are handled discreetly, without judgement, at the pace the family needs.
What a house, estate and hoarding cleanouts job involves
- Walk-through in person or by video; written quote for the whole job
- Keep and family items set aside first, then donation and recycling
- Everything else loaded and hauled, usually one to two days
- Broom-clean finish; photos sent to the family or the agent
Estate cleanouts across Anderson County
Anderson County has one of the older populations in the Upstate, and its houses are changing hands. Agents and estate attorneys from Anderson to Belton and Honea Path call us for the cleanout between the family's last visit and the listing photos.
